Léon van der Slot

Léon advises international companies and financial institutions such as banks, investment firms and investment funds on issues of financial (regulatory) law.

Before Léon worked in the Financial Law group, he was part of the Corporate Law (M&A) practice group in Amsterdam. During this time, he advised clients on both national and cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as partnerships. Léon was also part of the corporate governance team in Amsterdam.

Léon studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he obtained his master’s degree in Corporate Law in 2021. He also studied a semester at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida (United States).

Léon joined NautaDutilh in February 2022 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
