Larissa Silverentand is a partner in the Banking & Finance Group of NautaDutilh. She specialises in banking and securities law, with particular emphasis on the regulatory/funds practice. She advises a wide range of domestic and international financial institutions, including banks, asset managers and investment funds, as well as non-financial institutions that are subject to financial regulatory law.
Larissa also regularly advises clients on current and future implications of Dutch and European law, in relation to both existing businesses and the development of new products and new channels of distribution.

Regulatory law
Larissa frequently lectures on regulatory topics in the Netherlands. In 2011, she was a co-author of a book on the Headlines of the Netherlands Financial Supervision Act (Hoofdlijnen Wft), including fund regulation, which is relied upon by industry experts as an authority in Dutch regulatory Law.

Qualifications
Larissa graduated with highest honours from Nijmegen University in 2000. From February 2003 until April 2004 she was resident in NautaDutilh's New York office. She became a partner in 2007.
