Ruben Rekers

Ruben Rekers is a member of the Litigation & Arbitration team. He advises and litigates for both national and international clients on matters relating to corporate and commercial law.
Previously, Ruben was part of the practice group Corporate / M&A, where he was involved in international and national corporate transactions and advised (corporate) clients on a variety of corporate matters, among which he drafted commercial contracts as well advised on corporate governance matters.
Ruben studied at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he obtained a master's degree in Company Law (cum laude) and a master's degree in Financial Economics (cum laude) in 2019. During his bachelors Law, Economics and Business Economics, and Tax Economics, he also studied for one semester at the Essex Law School, University of Essex (England).
In 2019, Ruben joined NautaDutilh and he is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar.
