Martijn Jansen specialises in commercial dispute resolution and is part of the Financial Litigation practice group. His work spans a broad range of civil and disciplinary disputes, with a focus on banking and insolvency matters, as well as professional liability cases, often involving issues of private international law.
Previously, Martijn worked within the Banking & Finance practice group, where he advised banks, financial institutions, and companies on both domestic and cross-border restructurings and financing transactions. He continues to engage in discussions and legal proceedings related to such transactions.
Martijn studied at Radboud University Nijmegen, where he graduated cum laude with a master’s degree in Civil Law in April 2015. That same year, he joined NautaDutilh.
