Mathieu Alempic is an associate in our corporate and tax practices. He assists clients on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, and corporate finance. He also provides tax advice to Luxembourg-based and international clients.
Mathieu holds a law degree from the Aix-Marseille University as well as a master’s degree in European and international taxation from the same university.
Mathieu is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
