NautaDutilh assisted Ares Management Corporation, a leading global alternative investment manager, in establishing a strategic partnership with ABN AMRO.
The partnership involves a strategic collaboration between ABN AMRO and Ares’ Alternative Credit funds on a EUR 1.3 billion loan portfolio of high-quality senior secured infrastructure loans originated across Europe by ABN AMRO, thereby optimising capital allocation and balance sheet usage. It was great to work together with the wonderful teams at Ares and Latham & Watkins on this successful collaboration.
