NautaDutilh has appointed Floor Nelissen as its new HR Director as of 1 January 2025. Floor will be a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
In her new role, Floor will lead the firm’s HR strategy with a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration across teams and offices, continuous professional development, and fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Floor joined NautaDutilh in 2015 and has since gained extensive experience in various roles within the firm’s HR team. Her previous positions include head of recruitment, senior HR business partner, and roles in learning and development.
