Bart Wijnstekers

Bart Wijnstekers is a member of the Dispute Resolution team and litigates on restructuring and insolvency law, debt recovery and enforcement of in-rem and personal security rights, bank guarantees, duty of care and other banking-related issues. Bart also specializes in attachment and enforcement law, in which role he supports several practice groups within the firm.
Bart regularly publishes in authoritative journals on financing, security rights and insolvency and litigation in general. Bart has been a lecturer at The Law Firm School since 2016, where he teaches and examines the subjects "Financing, Security Rights and Insolvency" and "Civil Law".
Bart graduated from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2010 where he took the Dual Master's in Business and Law. Bart joined NautaDutilh in 2011. In 2017, Bart successfully completed the Grotius course in Insolvency Law. Bart is a member of INSOLAD and INSOL Europe. Bart is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
