Michael van der Sande
Expertise
My advisory area includes financial regulatory law, contract law and securities law. In addition, I regularly advise on regulatory aspects of M&A transactions, such as 'declaration of no objection' approval procedures. This is partly because, prior to my position at Financial Law, I worked in the Corporate M&A department of NautaDutilh in Amsterdam.
