Dirk Panis is a senior associate in NautaDutilh's Corporate / M&A group. He specialises in public M&A deals and complex international transactions.
He also advises on private acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, restructurings, IPOs, anti-takeover measures and shareholder activism and general corporate governance issues.

Qualifications
Dirk has practiced at NautaDutilh in the Netherlands since 2018 and he is admitted to the Amsterdam bar. He was located in the firm’s London office in 2023.
Dirk studied at Tilburg University, where he obtained a master's degree in Dutch Company Law (cum laude) in 2017. Dirk also studied for one semester at Università Bocconi in Milan.
Dirk obtained a post-graduate specialisation degree in mergers and acquisitions (cum laude) at the VU Amsterdam in 2024.
