    • Iris Financial S.A. with completing its business combination with Younited S.A.
    • The underwriters (Berenberg and KBC Securities) with listing of Ekopak on Euronext Brussels.
    • Quares Student Housing in the context of the acquisition by Xior Student Housing of a reference stake in the company.
    • Telenor Group on its sale of its majority stake in Norking België NV.
    • The shareholders with the sale of Cloostermans to Amazon.
    • The underwriters in the USD (862.5) million capital raise of argenx.
    • ENGIE and Electrabel in reorganising their nuclear activities and in negotiating with the Belgian State to extend the operation of two nuclear power plants by ten years.
  • Qualifications

    Lentle was admitted to the Brussels bar in 2017 and in 2024, she was admitted to the Amsterdam bar as an EU lawyer.

    • Master’s degree in Economics at Kobe University (summa cum laude)
    • Post-graduate research on economic growth at Kobe University during one year
    • Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance (summa cum laude)
    • MBA at Vlerick Business School (pending Q1 2025)
