Edouard Lohest is a senior associate in our corporate practice. He assists clients on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.
Edouard works with multinational corporations as well as US, UK, and European law firms, as lead and/or co-counsel on the Luxembourg aspects of complex corporate deals.
Edouard is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar. He holds a Master's degree in Law with a specialisation in corporate law from the University of Louvain, and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Namur, both in Belgium.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Edouard held various internships in law firms in Italy and Luxembourg.
Edouard is a native French speaker, fluent in English and Italian.
