She advises domestic and international clients on the structuring, marketing and day-to-day operations of Luxembourg investment vehicles, with a particular focus on alternative investment funds (Part II funds, SIFs, RAIFs, SICARs, LPs) and UCITS.
Géraldine also assists investment fund managers on the regulatory aspects relating to their authorisation, licencing and organisation, with a particular expertise in restructuring and branchification operations.

Qualifications
Admission to the Bar
Géraldine was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2006 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2010.
Languages
Géraldine is fluent in English and French.
Education
Géraldine holds an LL.M in International Trade Law from the University of Essex as well as a Master of Law and a Master in Notarial Law from the Université de Liège.

Géraldine is a member of the Association of the Luxembourg Funds Industry (ALFI), the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Géraldine worked for more than ten years with another renowned Luxembourg law firm.
