Daniël also has experience as an attorney in the field of corporate law and worked in our New York office. Before joining the Employment & Pensions team, he worked in the Corporate M&A department in which he advised clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. He also advised clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters. The Legal 500 recognises Daniël for being a ‘’Key lawyer’’.

Qualifications
Daniël graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a specialisation in both Corporate Law and Labour Law. While a student, he worked at the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam and at several law firms. Daniël joined NautaDutilh in 2015 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar. In addition, he is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).
