Jade Gieling

Jade Gieling is part of the Dispute Resolution department and is a member of the Corporate Crime team. She specialises in corporate criminal law. Jade advises (inter)national companies, financial institutions, auditors and governments on compliance-related issues such as anti-money laundering legislation, anti-bribery legislation, economic crimes, and environmental regulations.

She also assists companies and directors facing suspicion of criminal offences such as fraud, bribery, and environmental and economic offences (such as WED, Wwft, Wta). Jade is also part of NautaDutilh's Corporate (Internal) Investigations team.

  • Qualifications

    Jade studied at Leiden University, where she completed the master programmes in Constitutional and Administrative Law and Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law, both cum laude. During her masters, Jade also worked as a lecturer at Leiden University in the Criminal and Administrative Law departments.

    Jade joined NautaDutilh in January 2021. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
