Alex Draaisma

Alex Draaisma works in the Financial Law group of NautaDutilh. Alex advises national and international financial institutions and FinTech companies on financial regulatory law, supports clients with the development of new products and services, and assists on M&A transactions in the financial sector. From April 2022 to September 2023, Alex worked from NautaDutilh's New York office.
Alex advises on a wide range of EU legislation such as PSD2, EMD, MiFID II/MiFIR, IFD/IFR, MiCAR, CSD/CSR, CCD, IDD, AIFMD, UCITSD, SFDR, and DORA.

Qualifications
Alex graduated with an LL.M. in Business Law (cum laude) from the Radboud University Nijmegen in 2017. He joined NautaDutilh in 2018 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
