Naud van Doorn works in the Employment department in which he advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues, such as reorganisations, employee consultation rights, individual and collective dismissal.

Naud has a special focus on corporate employment law. He advises and litigates for both employers and employees.

Before joining the Employment department, Naud has worked in the Corporate M&A department in which he advised clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. He also advised clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Naud studied at Leiden University, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Dutch Law and his master's degree in Employment Law (cum laude). He also studied at UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. While a student, he worked at Leiden University and at several law firms.

Naud joined NautaDutilh in September 2019 and is admitted to the Amsterdam bar. In 2021, Naud was seconded at the employment law department of a Dutch bank. Naud is on the editorial staff of Rechtspraak Arbeidsrecht ('RAR'), an employment law journal.
