Chanika Derksen works in the practice group Competition Law and EU Law team at NautaDutilh. She focuses on merger control in mergers and acquisitions, abuse of economic power, state aid and other areas of European law.

Chanika obtained her master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from VU University Amsterdam in 2024. Prior to that, she studied at Utrecht University, where she obtained a double bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Organisation Studies and Law.

Chanika joined NautaDutilh in 2024 and has been admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
