She advises clients on all types of international and domestic finance transactions, including secured lending and real estate, acquisition, project and fund finance as well as securitisation. Her experience includes preparation and negotiation of facility documents, in particular LMA standard loan documentation, term sheets, intercreditor agreements and security documents. Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Marta has been working at other renowned and international law firms in Poland and then managing CEO division at the major domestic Polish bank. From August 2023 to January 2024, Marta was seconded to the European Investment Bank where she advised on venture debt transactions.
