Our London office was established in 1996 to offer on the ground service to UK and US law firms, investment banks and other organisations. We advise on Dutch and Luxembourg law aspects of corporate finance and restructuring transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and international insurance matters.

In the city we can deliver face-to-face communications with sufficient resources to handle transactions of substantial size and capacity. If necessary additional capacity is available from our other offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Luxembourg, New York and Rotterdam. We also offer a gateway to or a first point of contact for our full service expertise in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands.

The success of the London office can be attributed to a number of factors, notably the quality of work combined with personalised service and efficient responsiveness which are very much appreciated by clients.
