On Monday 7 December 2020, NautaDutilh Luxembourg, in cooperation with Amcham, hosted a successful webinar on what employers and employees should specifically be aware of concerning the new agreement on teleworking.
Employment lawyer Alexis Glavasevic provided insights and obligations linked to occasional and regular teleworkers to the 60 participants. He also addressed topics such as the required formalities, health and safety, tax treatment and insurance obligations.
