Victorine Dijkstra contributed as an author to the new edition of Text & Commentary Competition Law: a concise and clear explanation of the applicable legal text and the most important case law, supplemented with literature references where necessary.
This edition compiles all legislation relevant to competition law practice. This nineth edition has been updated in many areas, including recent case law on the application of EU competition rules.
In addition to the traditional competition law statutes, this new edition contains the text and commentary on the Investment Screening Act, the Undesirable Control Telecommunications Act (Chapter 14a of the Telecommunications Act), and Articles 86f of the Electricity Act and 66e of the Gas Act. Where possible, the authors also provide insights into the practices of the Investment Screening Office (BTI) and the (still very limited) relevant case law.
