NautaDutilh's corporate M&A team assisted investor consortium led by Panakès Partners, INKEF Capital and SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement with its investment in Salvia Bioelectronics. Other participants in the consortium were BOM Brabant Ventures, Thuja Capital and Dolby Family Ventures.

Salvia develops bioelectronic solutions that restore health for people suffering from chronic migraine. People suffering from chronic migraine have an average of 22 migraines per month. The device that Salvia develops is surgically implanted under the scalp and by sending small electronic currents (like a pacemaker) the number of migraines can be reduced to 7 per month.

Honoured to be part of the journey to a treatment for chronic migraine.
Partner Ruud Smits
