The WTR 1000 ranking for trademark litigation firms is now available to view online. We are very proud of our Benelux team:
The NautaDutilh team deserves its reputation: the quality of their work and pleadings is outstanding. Without being overly aggressive or unreasonable, they manage to get the job done and deliver results for its clients.

NautaDutilh is the only firm having such a strong position in all three Benelux jurisdictions.

In the Belgium rankings Philippe Peters and Tanguy de Haan are named as a strike force that takes the form of 'IP celebrities', alongside Florence Verhoestraete who is described as a solution-driven and "contentious and transactional Whizz".
Moving on to Luxembourg Vincent Wellens ascends the stage. "He is meticulous in the way that he handles cases; he cares a great deal about the details and it is often because of his awareness of the smallest details that he makes the biggest difference in cases.”
As for the Netherlands, one third of the members of the Dutch IP ICT-team are personally mentioned. Clients and peers describe Anne Marie Verschuur as "extremely knowledgeable" and "always tough to be against", Fleur Folmer; as "the brains behind much of the firm's transactional work" and Charles Gielen and Richard van Oerle as "hugely respected doyens of the Dutch IP market".

The publication identifies the leading trademark practitioners and firms from around the globe. We congratulate our Benelux team for this well-deserved recognition!
