NautaDutilh, together with Weil, played a key role in the restructuring of Atalian, a global leader in facility management.

This transaction involved a consensual refinancing through an exchange offer involving holders of various senior unsecured notes.

The restructuring was designed to improve Atalian's financial position and support growth and operational efficiency worldwide. Over 98% of noteholders voted in favour of the offer, marking a milestone in Atalian's progress.
