On 17 November the shareholders of Mepal B.V. (Mepal) and 3i Group plc (3i) signed the investment documentation pursuant to which 3i will be investing in Mepal.

We assisted the shareholders of Mepal. With the investment by 3i, Mepal secures its continuing growth, both in its home market as well as in other markets. The transaction is subject to customary antitrust approvals.
