NautaDutilh assisted Batavia Biopharma and First Dutch investments on the sale of a majority interest (ca. 75%) in Leiden based Batavia Biosciences B.V. for approximately EUR 195 million to Korea based CJ Corp.

Batavia is a CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) the field of viral vector based biotherapeutics.
