NautaDutilh has assisted Munters in acquiring Hotraco Group, a leading developer of control systems and sensors for the agricultural sector. Hotraco is a global leader in premium controllers and automation systems within the agricultural technology industry, particularly in poultry, layers, and greenhouses. This acquisition is a strategic move to strengthen Munsters' FoodTech portfolio.
