NautaDutih assisted Mondu in obtaining is electronic money institution license from the Dutch Central Bank. Mondu is a rapidly growing FinTech focused on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions for B2B. Mondu offers BNPL solutions for both online and offline B2B commerce across Europe.

With its base in Amsterdam, Mondu continues to build a leading B2B payment platform throughout the EU. Securing the license is a significant step forward in Mondu's mission to revolutionise the B2B payments landscape. NautaDutilh assisted Mondu with preparing and submitting the license application, including the set-up and corporate governance of the Dutch entity, reviewing policy documents and contractual documentation and liaising with the Dutch Central Bank.

Securing this e-money institution license from the Dutch Central Bank marks a significant milestone for Mondu that will help to accelerate Mondu's expansion across Europe.
