Securing the license is a significant step forward in Mondu's mission to revolutionise the B2B payments landscape. NautaDutilh assisted Mondu with preparing and submitting the license application, including the set-up and corporate governance of the Dutch entity, reviewing policy documents and contractual documentation and liaising with the Dutch Central Bank.
