NautaDutilh assisted Utrecht based payment service provider Buckaroo with its acquisition of the debit card acquiring business of ABN AMRO and a partnership relating to the provision of certain payment services by Buckaroo. Pursuant to the transaction, Buckaroo shall in separate batches acquire around 10,000 additional clients.
