NautaDutilh assisted BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Natixis, Nordea Bank Abp and Société Générale as initial purchasers in connection with Consolis Group S.A.S.’s EUR 300 million offering of 5.750% senior secured notes due 2026 by Compact Bidco B.V.

The offering, which was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act, closed on 7 May 2021. NautaDutilh also advised the arrangers in connection with the company's super senior revolving credit facilities agreement and the intercreditor agreement.

Consolis is one of the leading European manufacturers of precast concrete elements based on net sales. The company designs, manufactures and assembles precast concrete elements into core building structures, delivering design, project management and assembly services to contractors, developers and investors in the public and private non-residential and residential construction end-markets. The company also delivers infrastructure utilities such as pressure pipes used in water supply, irrigation and sewage systems as well as in power stations.
