NautaDutilh announces the appointment of Meliha Dacic as a partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance practice, effective 1 April 2025. With this addition, the firm now has nine partners in Luxembourg and a total of 40 lawyers, reinforcing its position as a leading full-service law firm.

Meliha joined NautaDutilh in 2012 and brings over a decade of experience in the firm’s banking, finance, and capital markets practice. She advises clients on a wide range of international and domestic finance transactions, including secured lending, real estate, acquisition, and fund finance. Meliha has particular expertise in capital markets transactions and regularly advises clients on the issuance of equity and debt securities, financial products, and listing regulations. She also has significant experience in Luxembourg financial regulatory matters.

“Congratulations to Meliha on her appointment as partner. Since joining the firm 13 years ago, Meliha has demonstrated outstanding dedication and talent. Her invaluable contributions to our banking, finance, and capital markets practice—as well as to the firm as a whole—are deeply appreciated. Her perseverance and positive attitude further enhance the workplace, and this achievement is truly well-deserved. We look forward to continuing our collaboration," says managing partner Jean-Marc Groelly.

Meliha Dacic commented: “I am honored to take on this new role as a partner at NautaDutilh. This milestone represents an incredible opportunity to continue working alongside my talented colleagues and to support our clients as they navigate their most challenging legal issues.”
