Ken Lioen has been appointed as the managing partner of NautaDutilh Brussels, effective 1 April 2025. He succeeds Dirk Van Gerven, who has held the role since 2018. Dirk will continue to be actively involved in client work as part of NautaDutilh Brussels Corporate M&A and Capital Markets team.

Ken Lioen joined NautaDutilh in 2017 and currently leads the Brussels Tax practice. He has an in-depth experience in cross-border transactions and international tax planning. Ken regularly assists clients in group reorganisations, (re)financing and structuring, setting up management equity plans and implementing employee long-term incentive plans (LTIPs).
