Jean-Marc Groelly has been appointed as the managing partner of NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg, effective 1 September 2024. He succeeds Josée Weydert, who has held the role since 2008. Josée will continue to be actively involved in client work as head of NautaDutilh Luxembourg’s Banking & Finance practice.

Jean-Marc Groelly currently leads the Luxembourg Tax practice of NautaDutilh. He specialises in international tax law, focusing on tax aspects related to investment funds, private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, finance, restructurings, and capital markets transactions. Jean-Marc joined NautaDutilh in 2006 and became a partner in 2008.

Josée Weydert comments: “Congratulations to Jean-Marc on his appointment. He has been a pillar of NautaDutilh for many years and possesses a deep understanding of both our firm and its clients. He has great judgement and clients commend him for his extensive experience and critical knowledge.
