NautaDutilh announces the promotion of Anke Holtland to counsel Public Law with effect from 1 June 2023.

Anke Holtland has eight years' experience representing clients in all sectors on public law cases. She joined NautaDutilh in 2020 in the Real Estate & Infrastructure group. Her practice includes litigating and advising clients in the field of administrative enforcement, supervision by governmental bodies and Open Government Act related cases. She also litigates and advises on grants approved by governmental bodies. Areas of main expertise are administrative and privacy law. Anke holds a master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law (Leiden University), and regularly publishes in legal journals such as 'Privacy & Informatie'.
