The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has a serious impact on people's daily lives and business operations across the globe. Our COVID-19 policy focuses on measures to protect the health of our people and clients, as well as the continuity of our clients' and our business.

In our actions and measures, we follow the guidance from the government and the health authorities. In addition to our existing contingency and business continuity plans, we have therefore taken specific measures in light of the coronavirus outbreak.

Our COVID-19 measures include that currently, our people work from home, except that our offices are staffed with small teams to ensure performance of business critical support. While working from home, our people have secure remote access to all our systems and processes. In addition, we currently strongly discourage face-to-face meetings and business travel. Instead, we meet virtually with our clients, for instance by videoconference. More information on our measures to help combat the coronavirus outbreak can be found in our business continuity plan.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. We take these precautionary steps as we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our people, our clients and our communities, to maintaining our business operations and to ensuring clients receive the highest quality service without disruption.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update our policy as required. Should you have any questions or suggestions, please reach out to NautaDutilh’s COVID-19 team via covid19@nautadutilh.com. Of course you can also speak to your usual contact at NautaDutilh.
