By doing so, we aim to improve efficiency and/or quality, or to enhance work-life balance and enjoyment of work. We always keep in mind our 'clients first' objective.
To ensure a culture of responsible use, we have established principles and guidelines for the use, development, and management of AI. We train our people in the effective, ethical, transparent, explainable, and trustworthy use and application of AI in the processes or products for our organisation. In addition to these principles and guidelines and the contractual arrangements with our clients, our use of AI is governed by our information security and privacy policies, including data governance and management practices.
